About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic, energetic Marketing Specialist to assist with marketing planning and execution in the U.S. Enterprise & Mid- Market space across all routes to market. The Marketing Specialist partners with the field marketing, channel, alliance and sales teams to support business goals by implementing integrated marketing programs that engages prospects, delivers new opportunities and accelerates existing pipeline. The successful candidate will help execute a marketing plan that is consistent with corporate, sales and marketing priorities and initiatives in support of the regions' strategy and pipeline goals.

What You'll Do:
- Create and execute quarterly and annual regional go-to-market plans across all routes to market to overachieve net-new logo, retention, cross-sell and lead conversion goals
- Manage a very tight project management of marketing activity including timelines, vendor management, results and reporting
- Support end-to-end activities for in-person and virtual programs, including venue sourcing, list criteria development and inspection, on-site or day of support, follow up strategy, post-event uploads, and email nurture campaigns
- Deliver marketing communications to sales, manage marketing calendar, and create newsletter for regional awareness
- Monitor and measure results by analyzing metrics delivered from marketing programs and regularly report results and trends leveraging SalesForce and other reporting tools
- Execute digital marketing activities such as virtual events, roadshows and lead generation programs and email nurture by assisting in management of activities from concept through post-event follow-up
- Take initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, manage projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on budget and on schedule
- Effectively manage budget and resources to deliver marketing programs in support of sales goals and objectives
- Scale and grow with an organization with a proven track record of working across marketing functional areas
- 1 - 3 years experience in developing demand within high-tech B2B environment.
- BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Past experience working with third party providers (conferences, demand gen, list services, etc.) and agencies.
- Passion for driving innovation to creatively differentiate CrowdStrike.
- Courage to take initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvements.
- Commitment to professionalism and personal growth.
- A curiosity for data and enjoys measuring results and uncovering trends.
- Previous support of field sales and partner organizations within the or cybersecurity industry.
