About the Role:
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team of Software Engineers in developing network automation platforms and systems. You will play a key role in developing the team, shaping its culture and technical vision while focusing on API-driven solutions, self-service tools, and intelligent automation. You will work closely with other Engineering leaders to communicate the vision, prioritize the team's roadmap, and achieve cross-functional objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee development of integrated front-end and back-end systems for network management and orchestration
- Create and maintain technical roadmaps, balancing strategic initiatives with near-term needs
- Partner with network engineering teams to develop self-service tools and workflows
- Drive API-first development and establish development standards for API design and implementation
- Guide the team in modern software development practices and architectural decisions
- Drive innovation in network automation and orchestration
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in software development with focus on network systems
- 5+ years leading software development teams
- Modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, C++, etc.)
- Strong background in API development and microservices architecture
- Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
- Experience with network provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms and network orchestration tools
