About the Role:

The Sales Development Manager is a front line manager whose responsibilities include:
  • Managing team of 8-10 Sales Development Rep
  • Coaching reps on strategy and technique
  • Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit
  • Working with Managers Corporate Sales on territory development
  • Work with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of closing experience for a technology company
  • Minimum of 2 years front line sales management
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO
  • Track record of leading a successful team
  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape
  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
  • Project management experience is a plus
