About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team on-site (hybrid) in our Austin, TX office. We're seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!
What You'll Do:
The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 6-10 Sales Development Representatives
- Coaching reps on strategy and technique
- Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit
- Partnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development
- Working with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners
- 1 year of experience as a SDR or sales team lead or manager
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO
- Track record of leading a successful team
- Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
- Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
- Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
- Closing experience for a technology company
