About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and develop our Enterprise SDR team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner supporting 1 Regional Vice President, 5 Regional Directors, and their respective Regional Sales Managers across assigned territories, while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships.
What You'll Do:
• Lead and manage a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives
• Partner with Field Sales leadership (1 RVP, 5 RDs, and RSMs) to align territory strategy and pipeline objectives
Build And Maintain Strategic Partnerships With:
- Sales Operations for territory planning and performance analytics
- Go-to-Market teams for campaign alignment and execution
- Talent Acquisition for hiring strategies and talent pipeline
- SDR Manager peers for best practice sharing and resource alignment
- Drive team performance through strategic coaching, mentoring, and development
- Create career progression paths and develop SDRs into closing roles
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team rebuilding initiatives
- Ensure consistent achievement of team KPIs and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing on lead management and SLA compliance
• 2+ years of management experience or minimum 1 year as SDR Team Lead
• Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining sales talent
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more
• Track record of promoting SDRs into closing roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships
• Proficiency with sales technology stack including Salesforce, Tableau, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Orum, Outreach, Qualified, and Sendoso
• Excellence in communication and problem-solving
• Ability to work on-site 3 days a week, Monday through Wednesday (fixed schedule)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Direct closing experience in technology sales
• Experience in cybersecurity industry
• History of successfully rebuilding and scaling teams
• Enterprise sales background
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Track record of successful cross-functional project leadership
Bonus Points:
• Multi-region team management experience
• Previous experience aligning SDR teams with enterprise field sales organizations
• Experience in sales operations or GTM strategy roles
