About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic and passionate Sales Development Manager to lead and inspire our SMB team. You will play a key role in building a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), focused on driving top-of-funnel pipeline across small and medium-sized businesses.

Based in Sydney, this team operates from the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

What You'll Do:

As the SMB Sales Development Manager, you will:
  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of 5 Corporate SDRs focused on the SMB segment
  • Drive outbound activity and execution of marketing-led campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to align SDR efforts with territory plans and quarterly goals
  • Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are met and demand gen campaigns are actioned
  • Track and report on key performance metrics using Salesforce and other reporting tools
  • Continually optimise outreach strategies and messaging based on data and results
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top SDR talent, creating a culture of performance, learning, and growth
What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience managing a high-performing SDR or inside sales team, ideally in the tech or SaaS space
  • Strong track record of developing talent and delivering consistent pipeline results
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and exposure to BI tools like Tableau or similar
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and energise a team
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing
  • Ability to project manage and execute on multiple initiatives to drive business outcomes
