About the Role:

As a Manager of Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of account executives for either the SMB or mid-market segment in the United States. In this role, you will coach, mentor, train, and hire a team to be successful at acquiring new logos, managing a full sales cycle, understanding CrowdStrike's platform, attaining quota, and working cross functionally with other groups such as Sales Operations and Channel.

Segment alignment is contingent on your skills which will be determined through our interview process.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a team of 6-10 closing Account Executives
  • Coaching reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices
  • Forecasting accurately to management
  • Working with internal teams to grow the team's pipeline and increase close rates
  • Recruiting and training of new Account Executives
  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached
What You'll Need:
  • 2+ years of sales experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably SaaS and/or cybersecurity
  • 1+ years of front- line sales management experience with history of meeting quota and performance targets
  • 1+ years of full sales cycle experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce with ability to conduct reporting, analysis and forecasting.
  • Track record of leading a successful team
  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Channel Sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
