What You'll Do
  • As part of the IT Business Applications Team, lead the technical IT team, including oversight of scrum and case management systems, process workflows , and escalation management.
  • Establish and review the processes, techniques, and methods by the technical development team to deliver system configuration projects to internal customers, ensuring services are timely and accurate on a daily basis.
  • Provide guidance on development and adoption of development process best practices to IT team members.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to code policies and guidelines.
  • Assess technical skills of staff, evaluate training needs relative to required skills, and develop on-going training programs to enhance skill development.
  • Make decisions quickly, often with limited information, based on a solid understanding of finance process policies and best practices.
  • Identify IT process problem areas for improvement and, if warranted, implement corrective actions.
  • Manage key relationships (Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT) to ensure services are aligned and delivered to business requirements.
  • Guide the implementation, continuous improvement and documentation of new and existing policies, procedures and processes for supported applications.
  • Maintain knowledge base of NetSuite functionality , customization and integration
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting)
  • Experience with IT Business applications development, administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments
  • Proven work experience as a people manager
  • Leadership and management skills supporting globally distributed teams
  • Project management experience, preferably on worldwide initiatives
  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Bonus Points
  • NetSuite, Blackline, Coupa, Expensify, and/or other finance application technical knowledge
  • SOX controls implementation and support experience
  • Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company
Shift Timing - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
