About the Role:
Are you analytical and passionate about data? We need an operations specialist that will help the team to achieve our Database Health goals and provide analytical support with reporting.
A key role in the EMEA Growth Marketing Operations Team, we are looking for a team player to help support our initiative to optimise the database health for EMEA and META, assist with segmentation and localisation projects for job titles. This individual will report to the EMEA Marketing Operations Manager and will assist the team with auditing and reporting requirements regarding the database.
What You'll Do:
- Work with the Marketing Operations Central Team to identify and report any data quality concerns and deliverability issues
- Responsible for the auditing of third-party list upload
- Assist in generating basic reports on data quality
- Assist with localisation of job titles for tier 1 and tier 2 languages in conjunction with the field marketing team
- Coordinate email reports and database growth statistics for weekly meetings with Growth POD
- Create SFDC campaigns
- Creation of iFrames for global and regional campaigns to track registrations
- Creation of URLs with UTMs parameters across all regional campaigns
- Support build and collate content for the EMEA POD Newsletter
- Data Analytics skills
- Reporting skills
- Excel skills
- Prior experience with Marketo and Tableau
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Knac
