About the Role:

We are looking for a team collaborator to help support our marketing and growth operations teams across APJ. This individual will report to the APJ Growth Marketing Operations Manager and will primarily focus on assisting the team with all growth marketing executional activities; including reporting and analysis, martech campaign set-up, review of the lead funnel, database management and optimisation.

  • July 2024 - January 2025 intensive training program
  • Full- time fixed term contract
  • Possible conversion to Perm full-time at the end of program (depending on performance)
What You'll Do:
  • Review of the Leaky Funnel Data - analysis of rejected rates, mis-assigned or stuck leads, tracking details, assisting in the hygiene of the marketable database
  • Email Performance Reporting - updating our teams on daily email channel conversion metrics, including collating and sending a weekly internal Email Newsletter
  • Updating Reporting Dashboards - editing and updating current reports to include new campaigns or results
  • Building Back-end Digital Campaigns - creating campaigns within our lead import tool for seamless integrations with our Marketo and SFDC
  • Monitoring the Hygiene of Marketing Plan and Calendar - review of the detail entered in within the teams plans to ensure accuracy and correct reporting
  • Generation of Trackable URLs - utilising our UTM tool, the creation of trackable urls across different marketing functions
  • Assisting in the generation of ad-hoc reporting requests from the team
  • General support and troubleshooting of marketing campaigns
  • Support of field marketing operations
What You'll Need:
  • Recent graduate at a Bachelors or Masters level in the field of Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong Data Analytics and Reporting skills
  • Intermediate/Advance English level (speaking and writing)
  • Excel / Google Sheets Functions
  • A keen eye for detail
  • SQL and Tableau knowledge
Bonus Points:
  • Salesforce and Marketo knowledge
