About the Role:

CrowdStrike seeks an experienced business leader for the role of Director, Sales Operations. The role will serve as a strategic business partner to Global Sales & Sales Operations leadership, focusing on data-driven decision making, process optimization, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career with CrowdStrike as we expand rapidly.

What You'll Do:

As a key strategic partner to the Sales leadership team, the Director will:

  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to drive sales performance
  • Develop and execute initiatives to accelerate revenue growth
  • Lead data-driven decision making processes
  • Champion operational excellence across the sales organization
  • Drive CrowdStrike's business model and culture of excellence
Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership
  • Act as trusted advisor to sales leadership
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support strategic decision-making processes
  • Drive accountability for key business metrics
Sales Performance & KPI Management
  • Define, track, and optimize sales metrics
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue attainment
  • Develop comprehensive performance dashboards
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and performance analysis
  • Implement data-driven performance improvement initiatives
Process Design & Optimization

  • 8+ years of business leadership experience in technology sector
  • Technology industry, software, SaaS revenue recognition expertise
