  • Lead the APJ communications function, managing both direct reports in region, as well as coordinating with other regional staff that support communications activities
  • Drive proactive media outreach to top tier, trade, and technology media; coordinate, and support press interviews, develop baseline PR materials, including press releases, award submissions, article content, etc.
  • Adapt global corporate announcements and initiatives for APJ, ensuring stories translate to differing international markets to resonate in region
  • Manage a comprehensive network of regional agencies, and the annual communications budget for APJ to drive clarity and focus on delivering results that matter.
  • Develop media strategies to support major corporate and industry regional events
  • Proactively manage key aspects of regular executive staff visits in region, coordinating media, customer and other stakeholder events
  • Support key parts of the business with dedicated, always-on media engagement.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in a communications leadership position at a high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS company. Agency experience is a plus.

  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English not required, but considered a plus
  • The ability to breakdown and translate nuanced, complex technical issues into compelling narratives to land clean, positive stories across key media publications.
  • Highly capable and comfortable in large, high-growth, fast-paced organizations
  • Equally adept at marshaling internal armies and personally executing campaigns to get stuff done
