• Lead consulting engagement teams and provide high-level oversight on consulting engagements engagements
• Perform initial triage and scoping for prospective clients to understand the client objectives and level of effort involved to complete objectives
• Partner with Sales Team to scope and win new business
• Manage and mentor team members to help expand skill sets and maximize performance
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to key stakeholders including customer management, regulators, and legal counsel
• Deliver high quality services constantly seeking feedback from customers, partners and CrowdStrike team members to improve offerings
• Partner with other Services regional leaders to staff and schedule consulting engagements
• Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events

• Fluent in Arabic
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Team leadership experience in a matrixed consulting remote environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills, strong business acumen and ability to exercise good judgment and discretion and maintain confidentiality
• A proven leader, with the ability to inspire, lead, and mentor a high performing organization, with the ability to establish strong cross functional relationships to work collaboratively
• Capable of leading teams of highly motivated technical analysts
• Ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical people
• Ability to lead clients through high stress situations
• Contributing thought leader within the incident response industry
• Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
• Ability to travel in region on short notice, up to 30% of the time
