- Host and facilitate briefings, delivering a polished and professional experience for customers and internal stakeholders alike.
- Review content and speaker flow, offering feedback to ensure relevance, consistency, and impact across sessions.
- Maintain briefing systems and tools-scheduling, updating agendas, capturing meeting notes, and tracking follow-ups in collaboration with account teams.
- Document customer feedback and insights post-briefing, identifying opportunities and sharing learnings to inform future engagements and strategy.
- Support the continuous improvement of briefing experiences by partnering with your team on process enhancements, templates, and special projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Briefing Center Manager, Briefing Coordinator, and extended teams to ensure every touchpoint - from physical environment to personalized moments - meets the highest standards.
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., catering, gifting vendors, hospitality services) to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the on-site customer journey through thoughtful details that surprise and delight.
- Track briefing volume, attendee satisfaction, and post-briefing outcomes in partnership with the broader Executive Programs team to inform continuous improvement.
