仕事の内容
  • 日本法人社長の秘書的業務
    • 社内(海外部門を含む)の会議を調整
    • 社外の顧客等との連絡やアポイントメント調整
    • 贈答品の購入及び発送
  • 先輩担当者と連携して日本法人のオフィス管理をサポートする総務的業務
    • オフィスにおける来客への対応や案内
    • オフィスの安全・衛生面の管理
    • プリンターやシュレッダー等のオフィス機器の管理
    • 事務用品、お菓子・飲料その他のオフィス備品の管理及び発注
    • 郵便物の受け取り、仕分け、転送。出版物の回覧
    • 配送物の受け取りと発送及び調整
    • オフィスでのイベントの支援(会議室の予約、食事の出前、飾り付け、調整 など)
    • マーケティング、セキュリティー、IT等他部門の作業サポート
    • その他指示を受けた業務またはプロジェクト
必要な要件
  • 障害者手帳の交付を受けていること。
  • Microsoft Office (主としてOutlook, Word, Powerpoint)やZoom等のITツールを使用できること。
  • 簡単な英語での会話ができること。
  • 翻訳ツール等を活用しながら英語でのメールのやりとりができること。
  • 業務の必要に応じてオフィスに来ることができること。
  • 3年以上の社会人経験
  • 秘書経験がある方は優遇
About the Role:

The purpose of this recruitment is to promote the employment of people with disabilities in accordance with the principles of the Act on Employment Promotion of Persons with Disabilities, and to demonstrate your ability to realize our goals.
  • You can work full-time (8hours*5days), but we will determine the number of working days and hours after hearing your wishes too.
  • Initially, you will be hired on a fixed-term employment contract for 3 months, but we will consider extending your employment period to 6 months, etc., depending on your wishes and mastery of work.
  • We are looking for a candidate who can do either one (or both) of the following. Compensations will be determined based on the content of the work, experience, and skills.
    -- Tasks to support the Country manager Japan like an executive assistant
    -- Tasks to support managing the office like General Affairs, collaborating with senior colleagues.
What You'll Do:
  • Arrange and set up meetings within the company (including overseas departments)
  • Contact and arrange appointments with external customers, etc.
  • Buying gifts and shipping/sending
  • Tasks to support managing office like a General Affairs collaborating with your senior colleagues.
  • The individual will be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and welcoming guests to the site, directing them appropriately and notifying company employees of the visitor arrival.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area, break area and conference rooms.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment in partnership with the facilities department (printers, shredders, etc.).
  • Orders supplies for the entire office; including but not limited to snacks/supplies for break area, Staples supplies, Fed-Ex & mail supplies.
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assists with company local events & meetings (onsite/offsite conference room reservations, catering, decor, coordination, etc.).
  • Mailing and shipping items
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Supporting marketing, security, IT teams.
What You'll Need:
  • Must have been issued with a disability certificate.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Powerpoint) and Zoom
  • Basic verbal English skills
  • Written communicate skills in English with using translation tool
  • Able to come to the office as needed of the tasks
  • + 3 years experiences in businesses
  • Experience as an Executive assistant/secretary is plus
