 Job Summary  
The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, leading the kitting process for Production, and supporting Maintenance spare parts management. This individual, under the direction of the Operations Manager, will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely receipt, stocking, picking and kitting of materials at two separate manufacturing locations in Nampa, ID. 
 Job Responsibilities  
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and enforcing security procedures/protocols
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with ERP system
- Not only maintains organization of warehouse, but also able to identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversees kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits to the production area
- Supports training of any new Warehouse employees or other employees interacting with Warehouse
- Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
- Maintain and update key performance indicators
- This role will support two Nampa sites and needs to be willing to travel to each in order to support the warehouse operations at both locations.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives

- Ability to think strategically and interact with all levels of the organization
- Problem Solver with the ability to innovate and improve processes
- High ethical standards
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with ERP software strongly desired
- At least 3 years experience with progressive responsibility in warehouse role
- Experience managing others is a plus
- Experience in the building industry, manufacturing or high-volume logistics desired
- Forklift Certification strongly desired
