As a Technical Sales Engineer with a primary focus on brickwork support systems, you are responsible for driving sales and providing expert technical guidance across Finland and Estonia. Your role combines deep engineering knowledge with customer-facing responsibilities, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and design.

What are your tasks?
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
- Providing technical consultation and support on brickwork support systems, including design input, installation guidance, and compliance with local standards.
- Collaborating with internal engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Coordinating with other departments (e.g., logistics, R&D, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Representing the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events, promoting our brickwork support solutions and broader product portfolio
- Negotiating prices and terms
- Staying up to date with industry development, standards, and technical specifications
- Driving and participating in development projects
- Other administrational work may occur
- Complying with Leviat / CRH rules SHE/HMS and CRH Code of business conduct
Who you are!
Background
- Experience in a similar role or many years of sales experience
- History of working within the construction/building/Precast sector
- Fluent in Finnish and good business English in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Driver's licence

- Construction Management (with technical focus)

- It is a plus if you have worked with SAP
- It is a plus if you are skilled in Swedish
