We are searching for a top-tier Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our in-office team in Fayetteville, AR. What You'll Do
  • Lead and execute day-to-day accounts payable operations, including payment runs, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensure SOX compliance by maintaining up-to-date policies, reports, and records.
  • Partner with the GL Accounting team and senior management during month-end close procedures.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools-Viewpoint, Proactis, Microsoft Office, OnBase-to optimize AP processes.
  • Deliver scheduled and on-demand AP reports with accuracy and insight.
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing AP team.
  • Resolve errors and problem-solve issues for both internal and external customers, supporting AP projects as needed.
  • Review and audit Concur expense reports for policy compliance and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through professionalism and responsive customer service.
  • Participate in and champion an inclusive, innovative work environment.
  • Contribute to additional finance-related projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including formulas, V-Lookups, and Pivot Tables) and strong computer literacy for document preparation and communication.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; high standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and consistently deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and commitment to workplace attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed, and to travel occasionally.


Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment controlled substance testing and physical.
