To strengthen our team at our site in Dubai, we are looking for a

Sales Manager KSA / Dubai

By taking up this exciting challenge, you will become part of our ever-growing team. As an experienced idea generator, you will support us in optimizing our systems and machines and in rethinking processes. To this end, you will design and implement individual solutions for automation and/or retrofit existing designs. You will support the development and conception of solutions in all phases of design, manufacturing, project management, assembly and installation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement new as well as proven processes and core competencies across multiple sites from start to finish.

Interesting tasks await you in the process:
  • Manage the sales function and achieve the revenue targets for the KSA market.
  • Map key customer organizations and establish strong business relationships with distributors, contractors, end customers, precast companies, and the likes, and develop sustainable revenue generating sources.
  • Secure long term supply contracts for Leviat products from key customers.
  • Identify and generate database of new projects and opportunities of growth in the accounts and lead account strategy and planning.
  • Support distributor sales team with technical assistance in customer meetings and conversions of competitor specifications.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and segments by mapping the Leviat product range with the key growth segments in the KSA market.
  • Map competitor activities in the territory assigned and plan counter strategies with the support of the specification team and management team.
  • Organize market support activities like new product presentations, product workshops, lunch and learns, in coordination with specifications team.
  • Perform periodic structured reporting including, but not limited to, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts; using the sales support CRM tools provided.
  • Assist Managing Director on all aspects of the business, including but not limited to sales and marketing functions.


You will bring these experiences/qualifications with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years' sales management experience working in the GCC.

• Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrates adaptability for cross function work environment.

Contract Details

• Contract type - permanent

• Probation period - 6 months

• Estimated additional monthly expenses (fuel, phone etc.) - AED 2,500

• Eligible for Leviat performance-based bonus program.
