Key Responsibilities Job Duties:

• Serve in customer service capacity to all internal and external sales and ordering inquiries

• Receive inbound customer sales orders and add them the sales database

• Review schedule and correspond with plant team to confirm operational availability

• Process daily and weekly customer invoices.

• Process invoice corrections for external and internal customers.

• Verify purchases and enter vendor data.

• Must be able to manage a high volume of inbound calls

• Work with sales, customers, and operations to resolve customer invoice issues.

• Work with sales team and customers to create customer quotes and orders.

• Coordinate the sales support activity between sales, billing, and scale clerks.

• Set-up new customers and maintain existing customer data.

• Provides customer with appropriate product and project documentation.

• Work with field operations team to improve customer service.

• Special projects as assigned including growing support in report writing functionality.

Other Requirement:

• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.

• Report to the assigned job site ready to begin work at the designated start time.

• Ability to remotely work from home when required.

• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.

• Must be willing to work rotational Saturdays when necessary.

• Overtime may be required during peak season.

Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

Education and Experience

Education or equal experience in database reporting with SQL helpful. Microsoft Office and/or accounting software experience preferred.
