Job Summary
Oldcastle APG is searching for a highly motivated Project Lead Service Specialist to support the profitable growth of our Commercial Sales Teams. The primary responsibility of the Project Lead Specialist is to search for, qualify, track, and distribute Commercial project leads, in support of the overall business goals of Oldcastle. This position provides customer and technical support to numerous Oldcastle Commercial Sales Teams, while collaborating with those sales teams to leverage untapped project opportunities and boost productivity. The Project Lead Service team (PLS) focuses on two key fundamentals; Customer Service and Project leads management.
Job Location
This is a hybrid role based out of Minnetonka, MN.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to all types of requests in a timely manner. Diagnose or troubleshoot problems for quick resolution
- Generate and customize detailed Program reports for commercial sales teams, as required
- Recommend feasible strategies and tactics to significantly improve business performance
- Work with sales team to identity market needs and opportunities
- Access construction lead generation services to identify projects including national systems like CMD, IsFt, local exchanges and GC firm plan rooms
- Review project bid documents, material specifications and construction drawings/plans to identify materials such as retaining walls, pavers, masonry units, and decking
- Perform take-offs as applicable and identity projects that meet minimum material quantities
- Upload key data into CRM database
- Report project information and track project status
- Regular communication with the specification and sales teams on project lead activity, lead progression, and related support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Comfortable navigating and utilizing Microsoft 365
- Experience using CMD, Reed, Dodge, or other similar services and CRM systems beneficial but not required
- Occasional travel to project sites and manufacturing plants & storage yards as needed
- Effective presentation skills. Clearly communicates; written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through
- Effectively manage multiple projects, consistently meet deadlines and provide quality results
Compensation
- Hourly pay is $24-$25
- Paid Time Off - 120 hour per calendar year (prorated in first year)
