Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for assembly of the following products: doors, boxes, covers, pads, frames, vaults, and more as needed. The assembly worker will use hand tools, power tools, grind, and minor painting.

Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret Production Work Orders (PWO), Assembly Pick Sheets (Orders), Engineering Prints, and Daily production schedule
- Identify safety hazards in the assembly area
- Perform TPM, maintenance checks on area equipment daily and weekly
- Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects
- Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Must be able to work in a hot and cold environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day
- Must be able to read engineering prints
- Light welding is a plus
