Plant Maintenance Supervisor

What you will do:
  • Develop annual maintenance schedules for our 7 plants along with managing day-to-day maintenance schedules.
  • Collaboration with maintenance personnel throughout Northern New England
  • Collaborate with plant supervisors and the operation manager to ensure all facilities stay best in class.
  • Welding and fabricating.
    • Basic Fabrication/welding work (heavy focus on Stick with small amounts of MIG work) on metal structures around concrete plant.
    • Precision fabrication/welding work inside of aggregate bins.
  • Lead and train maintenance employees.
  • Assist with training personnel in proper operation and maintenance around the Plant.
