SUMMARY

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, Complies with all applicable safety policies and regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operates front end loader.


  • Performs preventive and routine maintenance.


  • Operates skid loader.

  • Welds using a stick welder and cuts using a cutting torch.


  • Change rollers and slice belts on conveyors.


  • Fills in for other positions at location.


REQUIRED MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to operate general hand tools. Ability to read, write, understand warning labels, instructions, signs, pay attention to details, and follow MSHA regulations, etc. Good communication skill required.

Work requires walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting objects that occasionally weigh up to 100 pounds unassisted and over 100 pounds with help. Ability to climb stairs while carrying up to 50 pounds.

EDUCATION

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Job hazards include frequent exposure to noise, dirt, fumes, heat, cold, and exposure to all weather conditions. The work is in a safety sensitive environment.
