Cement Ożarów S.A. has been operating in the building materials market since 1978, offering a wide range of top-quality cements. Since 1995, we have been part of the Ireland-based CRH multinational, which is among the largest producers of building materials in the world. CRH has production in 32 countries, employing some 90000 workers in more than 3700 locations worldwide!

This role is a hybrid position and ideal candidate can be based in Warsaw but it will be required to travel to Karsy as per business needs.

Expectations to meet:
  • Senior experience in a position responsible for the area of organization development or employee experience, ability to engage and inspire others
  • Practical experience in implementing strategies/projects related to improving employee experience, change management, implementation of assessment systems (including supporting technology) in a complex organization
  • Strong knowledge of Polish Labor Law & Payroll principles
  • Experience working in an international environment - preferably in the area of manufacturing companies,
  • HR and payroll experience
  • Analysis of HR processes from the employee's point of view and implementation of solutions to increase employee engagement, satisfaction and loyalty
  • Very good communication skills, ability to collaborate, engage others in action, maturity in managing various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of trends, ability to translate them into concrete and practical solutions
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies,
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, self-reliance in action and high sense of responsibility,
  • Management of a project team


Main responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers across the full range of activities in the HR portfolio, including but not limited to performance management, skills and competence development, learning, succession planning, absence/leave management, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Coordinate the rollout and delivery of HR programs, including well-being initiatives and diversity programs.
  • Create employer branding strategies based on EVP, aimed at building the company's image as an attractive employer and engaging employees in activities promoting the company
  • Implementing the Graduate program for engineering graduates
  • Defining key areas of competence development within the company, including leadership development, responding to the needs of future roles and market challenges
  • Participating in crucial projects in the area of Employer Branding/digitization/ remuneration policy in accordance with division guidelines etc.
  • Organizing and conducting workshops and meetings related to HR projects;
  • Supporting HR business partners in HR processes
