To provide professional, reliable and proactive office and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and is looking to grow into a broader support role within a dynamic corporate environment. This position offers room for growth for the right individual, with opportunities to expand into more specialised areas of corporate support over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the general administration of a small corporate office to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Providing support services for a specialised professional team covering a wide range of activities including regulatory compliance, share schemes and management information reporting.
- Assisting with facilities management and coordinating with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with team members and contributing to time-critical department activities.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize administrative workflows effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, taking ownership of tasks and anticipating office needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office administration role.
- Exposure to a busy corporate environment is an advantage.
