Role Purpose
Manage the procurement of spare parts and assembly components used in industrial production, particularly for cement, aggregates, and concrete manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting and will be responsible for ensuring a reliable supply of quality components at optimal cost and lead time. This role is essential in supporting uninterrupted production and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of spare parts and assembly components used in industrial production, especially for cement, aggregates, and concrete manufacturing.
- Ensure a reliable supply of quality components at optimal cost and lead time.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers of spare parts and fastening components.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
- Process purchase requests and issue purchase orders.
- Monitor order confirmations, deliveries, and invoices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to forecast needs.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Work closely with maintenance, production, supply chain, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with business needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering (Polytechnical), or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement or supply chain, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical components (spare parts, fasteners, assembly items).
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools.
