Main r esponsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day AR operations
  • Review and approval of credit cases
  • Perform dunning procedure
  • Create VAT statements and other AR reports
  • Drive continuous improvement in AR processes with focus on reducing receivables
  • Work closely with AP Specialist
  • Assist in AP process, supporting month end closing activities
  • Contribute to month end and year-end financial close processes
  • Reconcile intercompany balances for AR and AP
  • Perform sox controls related to AR and AP processes
  • Support internal and external audit
  • Allocate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of team deliverables
  • Foster a collaborative and result driven environment within finance team
  • Create ad hoc reports as required by Finance Manager or other business teams

Experience & qualifications :

  • Previous experience in accounts receivables or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to AR and AP processes
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies
  • Knowledge of Swiss and Austrian VAT regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and continues improvement mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team oriented with collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality work
  • Fluency in English, business level German and/or French is highly attractiv
