Job Summary
The Quality Control Inspector is the key function for maintaining Inwesco's business integrity by ensuring quality product is produced daily, to the customer's expectations. The QC is responsible for working closely with the Quality, Leadership, and Production teams by doing inspections and testing throughout the production process. QC's are individuals that exhibit meticulous attention to detail for multiple products in a short time period.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on product prior to welding and assembly
- Perform inspections on product ensuring it is ready for the customer
- Represent the customer inside our factory
- Test raw materials as needed
- Follow up on Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions
- Organize documentation
- Coordinate with production on all errors
- Assist in conducting QA Audits
- Assist in emphasizing adherence to process and QC requirements
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quality control experience in related industry is a plus
- Ability to interpret design drawings
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
- Experience in inspection welding is a plus
Compensation
- The hourly pay rate is $23/hr.
