As a Product Manager II at VinSolutions, you will provide product leadership in a strategically significant domain within our CRM platform. This role will contribute to a variety of initiatives that align with our evolving business priorities and customer needs.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Solution Delivery to drive product strategy, execution, and alignment across the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Product Strategy & Discovery
Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand user problems, product segments, and customer personas. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure product strategy aligns with broader business objectives. Balance long-term enterprise goals with short-term, incremental value delivery in your product recommendations. - Operational Execution
Translate strategic priorities into executable work, including Rally milestones and epics. Ensure that product initiatives deliver measurable value while aligning with long-term vision. Collaborate with Product Management and UX peers to maintain alignment across the product portfolio. - Agile Development
Apply agile methodologies effectively within a complex enterprise environment. Build strong relationships across product, UX, engineering, architecture, and solution delivery teams. Ensure teams understand the product vision and maintain a healthy pipeline of meaningful, value-driven work. - Adoption Planning

Who You Are
You know how to foster collaboration and lead a team through changing priorities and feedback. Here's what else you bring to the table:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field
- A broad understanding of business, product performance and industry principles, practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology
- Hands-on experience with the design, development and implementation of product plans, creating epics and features, identifying KPIs and conducting competitive research and analysis.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, including engineering, finance and business development.
- A basic understanding of engineering architecture with experience working with engineering teams to deliver products.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for different types of audiences.
- This person must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and pushing through uncertainty with resilience
USD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
