The Impact of a Sr. Solution Architect - Coupa Pay at Coupa:

As a Sr. Solution Architect - Coupa Pay, you will be a pivotal member of our Professional Services Team, working closely with Coupa Customers, Partners, and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Procure to Pay processes will be critical in supporting the design, implementation, and deployment of best practice solutions that ensure customer success while driving efficiencies and improvements.

Your area of focus will include Coupa Pay, which consists of three key products:
• Bank Payments
• Virtual Credit Cards
• Early Payment Discounts

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Coupa Pay solutions for global enterprise clients.
• Partner with customers to analyze business requirements and translate them into optimized payment and treasury solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices and solution design across payment processes.
• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach team members while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing client enablement.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Financial Accounting, and Cash Management processes.
• Proven expertise in ACH/Wire, card, and domestic/international payment operations, including bank connectivity (SWIFT, H2H, EBICS, etc.).
• Strong technical and functional understanding of SaaS applications, treasury systems, and financial automation tools (e.g., Bill, Tipalti).
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Postman, Excel, and Visio; strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
