The Impact of a Network Administrator at Coupa:
As a Network Administrator, you will participate in and lead various technical IT and Internal Business initiatives through Network and Cloud Administration. You will also assist other members of your team with a broad range of challenges and activities using your knowledge and diverse skillset. This includes meeting internal and external customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing solutions and development of new technical solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Administer and maintain LAN/WAN networks and AWS services (Compute, VPC, IAM)
- Manage ZTNA tools for secure access
- Script automation for Windows and Linux environments
- Maintain clear technical documentation and API integrations
- Provide daily support to Technology Operations; oversee configuration management for Windows, Linux, and network devices
- Respond to system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime; recommend improvements and new technologiesContribute to multiple projects and team initiatives
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years in network administration or engineering
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and AWS
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Batch)
- Knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, AzureAD, OIDC), Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PKI
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and travel internationally if needed
- Fluency communicating in English (B2 or above)
Preferred But Not Required:
- Experience with Juniper, Mist, Meraki, and ZTNA solutions
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and generative AI technologies
- Network certifications (CCNA/JNCIA)
- Experience supporting teams across time zones
