WAREHOUSE OPERATOR
ROTATING DAY SHIFT: 6-2 AND 2-10

RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the warehouse team, you will carry out and oversee operations associated with distribution, in a manner which maximises Health and Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity by complying with, and ensuring that subordinates comply with, all processes and procedures in place.

Your main focus:
- Receiving goods in: book in components / raw materials as directed and investigating status of orders to move/task errors and informing others of anomalies
- Following H&S standards and ensuring all Security procedures are adhered to by Haulers
- Meeting efficiency targets, recognizes issues and informs appropriate people
- Samples components & Raw Materials. Takes appropriate steps to prevent contamination. Reports anomalies.
- Loading of distribution vehicles

The Warehouse consist of 23 people across three shifts operating 24/5. The individual team consists of 4 Operators and you will work closely with several departments such as Packing, Quality and Transport teams as well as external suppliers. All of your colleagues are energetic, create an inclusive and work to a high level of efficiency and accuracy under a foundation of safety and quality.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to work independently but also as part of a team. You are conscientious and thorough. As an experienced Material Handler, you will feed off the energy you get from working in a fast-paced environment. Other than that, you should have/be:
- Experience in Warehouse environment or similar fast pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for alternative shift pattern
- Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team.
