RESPONSIBILITIES
As our International Education Project Assistant, your main focus is assisting the Fragrance Education Senior Project Manager with planning and developing the training tools across the prestige fragrance portfolio. Your main role will be to help with global market coordination, project follow up and communication.
Your main focus:
- Design branded training tools with the Education Senior Project Manager for each launch and for global tools
- Participate in fragrance mobile learnings development for the Beauty Advisor mobile app
- Update of existing tools
- Direct contact and collaborate with the internal and external working partners.

- Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshops, global seminars, virtual trainings)

Other than that,
- You are a Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university.
- You are Fluent in English communication - both verbal & written
- You are creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility, and flexibility.
- You are autonomous and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
- A previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education would be a plus.
- Fragrance and/or beauty addict/passionate
- Digital savvy
