RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will support Travel retail channel.
- Data collection and maintaining of information.
- Creating payment /account etc. in system and follow up.
- Support on contracts and payment with external agency, prepare related documents and keeping tracking process.
- Working with logistics/finance/legal department on related tasks.
- Other assigned work in line.
Requirements:
- University Graduate, Engineering, Finance, Business or Economics background.
- Work at least 4 days a week.
- Stable internship for at least 6 months.
- Proficient in using various office software, especially EXCEL, WORD, PPT.
- Positive and strong learning ability.
