Assistant Brand Manager-Adidas

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Assistant Brand Manager Adidas, you will support Adidas MKT.
Your main focus :
Product Marketing: 70%
- Conduct insightful study and research on industry, category, segmentation, and pricing, shape the relevant portfolio strategy and position for the brand.
- Being able to independently lead holistic process of the new product launch from concept, production, registration to go - to -market, coordinate the local plant, R&D, registration team, legal to ensure the product launch right on time and on target.
- Being able to provide the right positioning, pricing, sizing, claiming for the new product launch.
- Continually monitor the category evolvement and product sales performance cross omni-channel, provide strategy for product positioning optimization
- Act as a content center for all product related information, including HP, claim report, consumer test, etc.
- Lead the product importation process, co-lead the product HP registration, provide the right information to the related counterpart.
- Support channel/distributor with all the related product information including cost, pack-size, deliver information, etc.

Go - to - market: 30%
- Being able to provide the right product pillar strategy per channel - EC, ASW, etc. and guide with unique messaging, communication, and assets.
- Work closely with trade marketing on developing the bundle set, instore POSM, promotion guideline etc.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Assistant Brand Manager Adidas, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- 4+ years' experience in Marketing, local-produced product marketing experience is a must and also with good track record in new product launch management,
- Personal care or skincare experience is a plus
- Experience in working with sales and trade marketing team
- Passionate about the category or brand or the scope
- Excellent skill in Excel, PPT.
- Love sports in a plus
- Physically and mentally available to work in a very fast speed, multiple task and high pressure environment
