AI Software Engineer

We're seeking a curious, motivated SoftwareEngineer AI to join our team and help build the next generation of intelligenttalent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity to immerse yourself in thedevelopment and deployment of AI and machine learning within a real-world,enterprise SaaS environment. You'll work alongside experienced engineers,delving into large language models, recommender systems, visualizationtechniques, and other AI tools that make work more personal and efficient.

In this fixed-term role you will...

• Support the design, development, and testing of AI-driven features within Cornerstone's Galaxy ecosystem.
• Contribute to projects alongside senior engineers, involving natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, generative AI, and data visualization.
• Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for model training, evaluation, and visualization.
• Experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Learn about MLOps concepts such as model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Assist in writing clean, well-documented code using Python and related data, AI, and visualization libraries.
• Create and present clear visualizations to communicate model performance, data insights, and project findings to the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and demos.
• Stay curious-research new AI tools, visualization techniques, libraries, or ideas that could enhance our platform.

You've got what it takes if you have...

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or significant depth of experience in AI engineering.
• Experienced using machine learning concepts and Python programming.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn) is a plus.
• Experience in LLMs, Generative AI, or recommendation systems.
• Eagerness to build and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present technical information visually and clearly.
