Software Engineer

As a SoftwareEngineer - Full Stack, you will be developing and delivering solutions thatscale to meet the needs of some of the largest and most innovativeorganizations in the world. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work atthe forefront of SaaS Innovation, building and managing scalable solutions thatdrive our vision of Cornerstone Galaxy product ecosystem. This role will provide hands-on experience in developing in full-stackdevelopment environment, integrating with backend APIs, and gainingexposure to Java EE and RDBMS. You willwork with team members to understand and exceed the expectations of users, and toconstantly push the technical envelope. Working in an agile softwaredevelopment framework focused on development sprints and regular release cycles,you'll own the complete feature story.

In this role you will...

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular or React (frontend) and Java EE with Spring Boot (backend).
• Integrate frontend applications with backend RESTful APIs.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Java EE-based services and RDBMS.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cody, Copilot) to boost productivity, assist in writing unit tests, and improve code quality.
• Participate in the design and development of APIs.
• Write code, unit tests, complete programming and perform the testing and debugging of moderately complex features following detailed specifications.
• Develop solution for moderately complex features based on agreed technical specification.
• Assist in the documentation of processes, architecture, and technical design.
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively with the team.
• Learn and follow best practices in software development and Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in Java EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
• Exposure to cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and software design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize AI-assisted development tools effectively for productivity and quality.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker), CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms or microservice architectures is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Working Knowledge of Advanced back-end development frameworks and platforms, Java knowledge is a plus
• Working Knowledge of transaction-based systems and RDBMS.
