This role is part of the GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems team that is responsible for internal applications supported by IT across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, Product and Engineering. The right candidate has empathy, curiosity and a desire for continuous learning and improvement; has technical experience, ideally across partner and/or sales operations solutions such as Zinfi, Salesforce and (Mavenlink) platform but with ability to quickly learn new software, a proven track record of driving best practices and processes, with hands-on experience in core development (configuration, automation, customization & integration patterns). In order to ensure continuous business operations, the right candidate will also be open to learning new tools and expanding their knowledge around the above tools. They should also be willing to train other team members on tools as well as learning different tools across the Alliances tech stack.

In this role you will...
● Acquire knowledge of partner systems and processes as needed, applying technical expertise and best practices to drive solution enhancements and transformation.
● Work independently but also in partnership with the North American team to design and build scalable techno-functional solutions across those various platforms, primarily for the Professional Services and Alliances teams that drive our partner business operations: mastering partner business data, partner project & task management, resource management, time and expense management, project billing, project accounting, reporting and insights, partner lead and opportunity management.
● Develop solutions per Cornerstone's standards and best practices and take feedback from the functional lead based in the US to continuously improve the quality of work.
● Focus will be on building functionality and integrations to improve performance, security, scalability, and reliability of Cornerstone's solutions in support of the partner ecosystem.
● Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement: identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues, and inconsistencies to help improve operational efficiencies.
You have what it takes if you have...
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years techno-functional experience in cloud software, ideally partner operations and tools such as Zinfi and Salesforce PRM, Kantata/Mavenlink PSA, learning management as well as partner lead generation and attribution.
• Skills in common Web technology such as Ruby on Rails and/or Python and/or JavaScript frameworks (React, AngularJS, Ember or Backbone.js), core Java, different open source frameworks, SOA based SOAP/Rest Web Services; exposure to web application
development; understanding of web technologies, such as CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and Ajax.
• Experience with functional and technical requirements gathering and building solutions from those requirements; working at-scale by reusing components and code to push apps out fast, including designing system integrations to help us scale and be more efficient.
• Relevant product certifications are highly desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work seamlessly as part of a multi-site, multicultural, diverse development and testing team in a fast-paced business environment with a customer-oriented attitude towards internal end users as well as 3rd party partners who will be using these tools to drive excellence for our customers and growth for Cornerstone.
