In this role, you will...
- Work in a small, agile team, delivering SaaS (software as a service) software on AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Develop, maintain and enhance .NET applications and services to contribute to our legacy and cloud platform
- Build scalable features with C# and React that adheres to our standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with the product management team to plan, design, and scope new features, and identify opportunities for enhancements
- Own your code all the way to production, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Leading projects as necessary, working independently with minimal supervision, and providing leadership and mentorship to associate software engineers
- Perform unit, integration, and automated functional tests
- Participate in key architectural decisions and design considerations.
- Partner with other engineers and quality assurance staff to ensure our requirements for quality, security, scalability, and usability are met.

You've Got What It Takes If You Have...
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building web applications using C#, .NET
- Experience developing Microservices, RESTful services, or other SOA development experience
- Proficient experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL
- Experience of architecting and designing web applications and services
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, a keen sense of ownership, and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment.
