As a Senior Front End Engineer, youwill be designing and delivering solutions that scale to meet the needs of someof the largest and most innovative organizations in the world. You will workwith team members to understand and exceed the expectations of users,constantly pushing the technical envelope, and helping Cornerstone delivergreat results. Workingin an agile software development framework focused on development sprints andregular release cycles, you'll own the complete feature story and mentorjuniors.
In this role, you will...
- Work in a global team, delivering SaaS software on AWS
- Develop, maintain and enhance modern responsive web application and services to contribute to our legacy and cloud platform, across the entire technology stack, including ASP.NET, C#, .NET, React, Redux, Typescript, CI/CD tooling, and infrastructure
- Work with product management and designers to ensure we have consistent UI patterns and smart UX design
- Collaborate with the product management team to plan, design, and scope new features, and identify opportunities for enhancements
- Be responsible for your own test coverage, including unit, integration, and automated functional tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library and Cypress
- Own your code all the way to production, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Provide guidance to other engineers and quality assurance staff to ensure our requirements for quality, security, scalability, and usability are met
- Work independently with minimal supervision, and provide leadership and mentorship to other software UI engineers

You've Got What It Takes If You Have...
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building web applications using ASP.NETC#, .NET
- 3+ years of experience with CSS, HTML/XML, JavaScript
- Solid JavaScript and Typescript skills & Strong CSS fundamentals
- Command of modern standards-based web development
- Experience architecting front-end tiers for high volume websites
- Demonstrated experience with cross-browser/platform development and debugging
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, a keen sense of ownership, and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment
