As a Senior SDET Engineer, you will play an integral role in our software testing process to ensure the product functionality meets quality standards and defects are identified pre-release. The primary focus of the SAV team in general is automating the critical end-to-end test scenarios and monitor functionality across numerous environments.
In this role, you will...
- Develop, modify, and execute test scenarios and automation scripts. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality.
- Develop and execute test scripts/cases and technical documentation to maintain the system application tests
- Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes
- Able to prioritize tasks according to importance and severity.
- Resolve technical and non-technical issues with minimum supervision or assistance.
- Conduct analysis and investigations in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Support AWS migration testing and validation activities
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot problems that arise
- Develop and execute test scripts/cases and technical documentation to maintain the infrastructure and frameworks
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the infrastructure and the complexities involved in the frameworks
- Work in a global organization, with resources in a variety of time zones

You've Got What It Takes If You Have...
- 5+ years of experience with test automation tools like Selenium.
- Deep understanding of the Cypress architecture (commands queueing, retries, custom commands) required.
- Proven experience as an SDET or similar role with a focus on test automation.
- Basic Exposure to GenAI is required.
- Strong programming skills in languages in Java/ Python/ C#.
- Demonstrable experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, automation, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test case and test scripts
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Works autonomously and with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
- Good understanding of an Agile SDLC
- Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight
- Good team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to write BDD test scripts
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent degree and experience
