Cornerstone is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Campaign Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team on a short-term contract covering maternity leave. In this role, you'll support our International Marketing stakeholders by building and launching campaigns in Marketo, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the timely, accurate execution of email and landing page programs. Reporting to the Director of Campaign Operations, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to drive operational excellence across EMEA campaigns.
In this role you will...
- Build and QA emails, landing pages, and programs in Marketo, following established processes and templates
- Monitor campaign performance and Marketo system alerts for potential issues, proactively troubleshooting as needed
- Collaborate with International Marketing stakeholders to execute campaign requests and clarify requirements
- Maintain high standards of quality control, accuracy, and timeliness in campaign execution
- Support campaign calendar visibility and ensure stakeholder alignment on launch dates and expectations

You've got what it takes if you have
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills-especially across time zones
- At least 1+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo
- Familiarity with campaign operations, email marketing, and creating landing pages
- A keen eye for detail and strong quality assurance skills
- Experience using Asana or other project management tools
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global team environment
Bonus points if you have...
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Basic HTML and email rendering knowledge
- Previous experience supporting EMEA or international marketing teams
