Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning Effectiveness, this role requires exceptional program management capabilities, strategic thinking, and a consultative approach to create innovative learning experiences that transform how teams engage with customers and deliver value. The success of this role will be measured by program adoption, completion rates, knowledge retention, and the direct impact on business metrics including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Strategic Program Design: Develop comprehensive program strategies that address critical business needs and skill gaps, applying design thinking principles to create innovative learning journeys that deliver measurable outcomes.Program Management Excellence: Run programs like a business, applying Agile methodologies to manage the full lifecycle from conception through implementation and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders, including internal partner teams, alliances, and services organizations globally to ensure programs address evolving business requirements.Content Curation & Development: Orchestrate the creation of high-impact learning content, working with subject matter experts to transform complex information into accessible, engaging formats that drive knowledge retention and application.Measurement Framework: Establish robust metrics and analytics frameworks that measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact, using data to continuously refine program strategy.Change Management: Lead strategic change initiatives that drive adoption of new programs, processes, and behaviors, navigating organizational complexity to secure buy-in and sustain momentum.Global Delivery: Design scalable programs that accommodate diverse learning preferences and regional requirements across global markets, ensuring consistent quality while addressing local nuances.
You have what it takes if you have...Program Management Expertise: 8+ years of experience designing and managing complex enablement or learning programs with demonstrated business impact in enterprise environments.Strategic Business Acumen: Deep understanding of sales and customer success processes with the ability to translate business needs into comprehensive learning strategies that drive measurable outcomes.Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience applying Agile methodologies and design thinking to program management, with a proven track record of iterative improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.Consultative Approach: Superior needs assessment and consultative skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders to uncover opportunities and build consensus around solutions.Global Mindset: Experience designing and delivering programs across diverse global markets, with sensitivity to regional differences in learning preferences and business practices.Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical capabilities with experience establishing metrics frameworks that demonstrate program ROI and drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence without authority, building collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries to drive program success
