We are looking for a Marketing Data Operations Contractor for a 6-month project (with potential expansion) to clean up and optimize our data and processes that underpin our marketing programs. This individual will work several data projects to improve our current data processes and implement new processes to keep future data quality high. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong technical skills in marketing automation and analytics tools.
This role can be USA or Mexico Based (Remote)
In this role you will...
- Review current and duplicates and work with stakeholders to clean up and instill processes to prevent future duplicates from being created
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify records to remove from Marketo and Salesforce and create an ongoing process to remove
- Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and streamline data collection processes and document.
- Review data quality and implement best practices for data governance, ensuring a high level of accuracy and reliability.
- Review ABX data processes and identify gaps. Design improvements to fix identified gaps.
- Audit person-level and account-level whitespace and enrichment practices to implement improvements.

You've got what it takes if you have...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or data analysis, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Marketo, Validity, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and experience with data integrations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Should posses strong business acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
