About the Role

Cornerstone is seeking a Manager of Tech Alliances to accelerate growth through our ecosystem partnerships with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft, while also identifying additional opportunities across the broader technology landscape.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Partner Strategy, focused on building trusted relationships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and enabling our teams to capture and expand pipeline opportunities with our partners.

The ideal candidate is a builder who can balance strategy and execution - someone excited to roll up their sleeves to deliver immediate partner impact while shaping long-term growth strategy.

In this role you will...

  • Support the development and execution of Cornerstone's alliance strategy with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and other priority technology partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sales, alliance, and product teams to expand joint mindshare and pipeline.
  • Partner with Cornerstone Sales to identify joint account opportunities, drive account mapping, and support co-sell motions.
  • Coordinate joint go-to-market activities including enablement, marketing campaigns, and partner-led events.
  • Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to share partner feedback, align integration priorities, and position Cornerstone as a differentiated solution.
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs such as pipeline generation, influenced revenue, and partner engagement.
  • Act as a trusted internal resource for alliance-related opportunities, ensuring field teams have the tools, collateral, and support they need to succeed.

    You've got what it takes if you have...
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven success managing relationships with large technology partners, ideally Salesforce, Microsoft, or ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience with joint go-to-market execution, co-sell motions, and field enablement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Results-driven, self-starter, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
