Sales Operations Manager (Pune Office)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Manager to support our America's sales and revenue operations leaders. Based in Cornerstone's Pune Office, the ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working with Americas-based sales teams, a strong track record of driving business insights and operational excellence, and 1-2 years of direct or indirect people management experience.
You will be a key partner to the Americas Field Operations organization, and work collaborative to optimize go-to-market processes and drive sales effectiveness by analyzing pipeline health, opportunity management, renewals, and key performance metrics.
In this role you will...
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Americas' Field Operations leaders and manage the execution of deliverables for the Pune-based sales operations team.
- Partner with Americas' Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leaders and team members to support day-to-day operational activities and generate actionable analysis and recommendations.
- Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and recommendations around pipeline coverage, deal progression, forecast accuracy, and renewals performance.
- Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards to track KPIs related to sales effectiveness, territory performance, and rep productivity.
- Identify and drive process improvements to streamline sales workflows and enhance CRM data hygiene.
- Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), territory planning, and compensation modeling with accurate and timely data.
You've got what it takes if you have...
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Analytics, with at least 2 years supporting Americas-based go-to-market organizations
- 1-2 years of people management experience via direct reports and/or indirect program management
- Proficiency with key sales tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, ZoomInfo, and other sales performance, forecasting, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and distill complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market motions including pipeline management, opportunity lifecycle, renewals, and account planning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation and reporting (e.g., building dashboards, workflows).
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
