At Cornerstone OnDemand, we are searching for a highly qualified International PMO Lead to work closely with our international marketing executive team. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
This post has particular responsibility to report to the VP Marketing and support with the management and co-ordination of the Marketing Team and all its activity.
In this role you will......
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Translate high-level goals into actionable initiatives and track progress
- Review, design, and execute operational improvements; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Track progress, measure outcomes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare briefing documents for the Global Demand Gen Leader ensuring they are well-informed for key meetings
- Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up
- Ensure MLT is aware of the status of all marketing campaigns and initiatives in INT through regular briefing.
- Arrange and prepare for meetings which includes making sure the relevant individuals can attend, collating and circulating documents prior to the meeting, and subsequently diarizing follow-ups and action points
- Liaise with members of the wider team on various projects and initiatives
- Championing International marketing-wide well-being
- Monitor results, KPIs and outcomes

You've got what it takes......
- Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive role
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- Are highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Very strong administrative and IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must be fluent in English
- Should possess strong business acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- At all times maintaining a professional, calm and composed manner in a fast-paced and high-pressured working environment, whilst exhibiting diplomacy and discretion
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Strong project management experience, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being advantageous.
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
- Familiarity with the Cornerstone OnDemand application and its products or comparable HCM product will be considered a valuable advantage.
