Cloud Operations Engineer:
Location: Pune ( WFO )
Working Hours: Rotational shift (morning, afternoon, night)
In this role you will...
- Monitor network andsystem performance using tools.
- Identify, analyze,and report incidents or performance issues.
- Assist introubleshooting outages and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Document incidents,resolutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.
- Work closely withthe support and engineering teams to escalate critical issues.
- Follow processes,including ticketing and escalation procedures.
- Support regularmaintenance activities and system updates.

You'veGot What It Takes If You Have...- Currently pursuingor recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, ora related field.
- Basic understandingof networking concepts.
- Familiarity withLinux/Windows servers.

- Excellentcommunication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to workin rotational shifts (if required).
- Any technicalcertificate will be added advantage.
