SUMMARY
As a key contributor to our customer-centric strategy, the Territory Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving new business growth within an assigned territory while fostering close collaboration with Field Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary advocate for customer needs within the organization, ensuring insights from the field are integrated into service delivery and internal processes.
- Partner closely with Field Operations leadership to align new customer acquisition strategies with operational capabilities, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to close, maintaining a strong pipeline aligned to annual territory growth targets in revenue and profit.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify underserved or high-opportunity areas, tailoring strategies in alignment with broader company objectives.
- Develop and execute a regional business development plan in coordination with the VP of Business Development, integrating monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Lead a coordinated onboarding process for new customers, ensuring alignment with Account Management and Field Operations teams to enable long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain discipline in CRM (Salesforce) data entry and pipeline management, following all pricing and sales operations procedures.
- Provide regular updates on territory performance, customer feedback, and regional trends to support agile decision-making across departments.
- Participate in internal collaboration initiatives to enhance customer experience and continuously refine the value proposition based on customer insights.
- Perform additional duties and contribute to special projects that support business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on service-based solutions or maintenance contracts.
- Proven success in identifying, winning, and onboarding new customers.
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated experience working across sales and operations teams.
- Knowledge of grocery retail, convenience store, refrigeration, and/or commercial HVAC industries preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM (or equivalent).
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Analytical ability to interpret customer data, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time within assigned territory.
